Bears lose battle to the Lions

The Detroit Lions picked up their first win of the season over a Chicago Bears team that could not complete a comeback this time out even though they had a number of opportunities to do so inside the twenty.

“We’ve got to get better in the red zone,” quarterback Jay Cutler said.

The Lions were led by Matt Stafford (27-42 for 405 yards, four TD’s and an int) and Calvin Johnson who caught six passes for 166 yards and a TD.

Jay Culter led the Bears with 26-41 passing for 353 yards and a touchdown and Alshon Jeffery caught eight passes for 147 yards and a TD.

The Bears have a bye this week and will begin preparing to face the Minnesota Vikings at home on November 1st.  Plenty of great seats and affordable tickets are still available so be sure to get yours today and help cheer on your Chicago Bears!
