Bears already fighting injury bug

This wasn’t the way new General Manager Ryan Pace expected the new season to begin when he signed on with the Chicago Bears, yet here we are with a rash of injuries.  Add center Hroniss Grassu to the list after he injured what the team fears is his ACL and could be out for the entire season.

Franchise looking forward to visit from Long

ESPN’s Adam Schefter has reported that sought after offensive tackle Jake Long will be visiting the Chicago Bears organization on Thursday.

Long, the first overall draft pick for the Dolphins in the 2008 draft, Long has played for the Rams before tearing an ACL.  He was a part of the Atlanta Falcons last year.
